Sitting of the Validation Court at New Plymouth.

Validation Court Office, Wellington, 3rd March, 1902.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Validation Court will be held at New Plymouth, on Thursday, the 3rd day of April, 1902, to hear and determine the undermentioned applications under section 48 of “The Reserves and other Lands Sale, Disposal, and Enabling and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1901.” All persons interested in the said applications are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
