Lands taken for Roads in Block I., Awarua Survey District, Kairanga County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Kairanga County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for roads the lands in the Kairanga County, Awarua Survey District, hereinafter described, that is to say,—

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked and coloured as above noted, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

Proclaiming Roads as closed in Awarua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the roads in the Awarua Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—
