IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one-hundred-and-eighty-ninth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

HENRY CLARK, and
HUGH HERRIES KIRKPATRICK
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural lands in the Otago Land District known as Runs Nos. 249 and 249a, as provided by section one-hundred-and-eighty-nine of “The Land Act, 1892,” aforesaid.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and one.
