Proclaiming a Road as closed through Lands in Block XV.,
Weber Survey District, Patangata County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road in the Ikitara Survey District, Purua Road District,
hereinafter described.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land
Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling
me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation of the eighteenth day of January,
one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, in so far as
it relates to the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule
hereto, and do declare that from and after the day of the
date hereof the said sections are hereby withdrawn from
sale as village settlements.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by
the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land
Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling
me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart
and declared open for a special settlement.
