THE following special order, made by the Manganui Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

MANGANUI ROAD BOARD.
Special Order re “The Noxious Weeds Act, 1900.”
Notice is hereby given that the following special order was made on Monday, 1st July, 1901, and confirmed on Monday, 5th August, 1901:—
“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by section 4 of ‘The Noxious Weeds Act, 1900,’ the Manganui Road Board do hereby resolve as follows: ‘That all plants mentioned in the Second Schedule to “The Noxious Weeds Act, 1900”—namely, Bathurst burr, broom, giant burdock, gorse, hakea, and ragwort or ragweed—are hereby declared to be noxious weeds within the jurisdiction of the Manganui Road Board.’”
I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of the special order made by the Manganui Road Board at its meeting on Monday, 1st July, 1901, and confirmed on Monday, 5th August, 1901, in accordance with the provisions of ‘The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

“That this Board doth declare that all plants mentioned in the Second Schedule of ‘The Noxious Weeds Act, 1900,’ shall be noxious weeds.”
