ROAD TO PELORUS RIVER FORD.

The parcel of land mentioned hereunder :—

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 1288, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and mortgagees, and with the consent of the Pahiatua County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in the Puketoi Survey District hereinafter described.

TIRAUMEA VALLEY ROAD.

Approximate Areas of Land taken. Being Portions of Sections Nos. Block No. Situated in the Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan

As the said areas are more particularly delineated on the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation of the first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, published in Gazette No. 89, of the seventh day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, setting apart lands for lease as village-homestead allotments, in so far as it relates to Section No. 10, Block XIV., Tuapeka West Survey District, Otago Land District; and also the Proclamation of the eighteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, published in Gazette No. 7, of the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, setting apart lands for lease as village-homestead allotments, in so far as it relates to Sections Nos. 24 and 25, Block XIV., Tuapeka West Survey District, Otago Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.
