Proclaiming Road as closed through Sections 54, 55, 56, and 61, Block VIII., Otepopo Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Otepopo Survey District hereinafter described.

Area. Being Portions of Roads intersecting Sections Nos. Situated in Block No. Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 3 0 26 55, 56, & 61 VIII. Otepopo 459 1189 Green.
0 1 15 Bounding No. 56 " " " "

As the same are delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Dunedin, in the Otago Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this ninth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee, and with the consent of the Akitio County Council, being the local authority within whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in the Aohanga District hereinafter described, that is to say:—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Portion of Section No. Situated in Block No. Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 0 18 8, Rakaunui Village I. Aohanga .. R. 2435 Red.

As the same is more particularly delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and of the mortgagee, and with the consent of the Purua Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

THE parcel of land mentioned in list hereunder:—
