I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the Jutland Hydraulic Dredging Company as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”
- The name of the company is to be the Jutland Hydraulic Dredging Company (No Liability).
- The place of operations is at Jutland Flat, Otago.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at No. 8, Australian Mutual Provident Society’s Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin.
- The value of the company’s property, including claim and machinery, is seven hundred and seventy-five pounds.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 8th day of July, 1901, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to Mr. EDWARD ADEMAR COGAN, of Dunedin, Accountant, the Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, which was held on the 4th day of June, 1901, the following special resolution, which was passed at an extraordinary general meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1901, was confirmed—viz.:—
“That the Hikurangi Collieries (Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and its amendments; and that Joseph Forster Buddle be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
