In the matter of the Estate of GEORGE SAMUEL GRAHAM, late
of Auckland, Agent, deceased, and in the matter of “The
Administration Act 1879 Amendment Act, 1888.”
NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this Court,
made herein on the 14th day of June, 1901, it is
ordered that Elizabeth Armstrong Graham, the executrix
under the will of the said deceased, shall cease to administer
the estate of the said deceased, and that the same shall be
administered by the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy for the
Auckland District under the provisions of the said Act.
The first general meeting of creditors will be held at my
office, Customhouse Buildings, Customs Street West, Auck-
land, on Tuesday, the 25th day of June, 1901, at 2.30 p.m.
Proofs of debt must be furnished prior to the meeting.
Proxy forms can be obtained at my office. Accounts sent in
unsupported by proof of debt as prescribed by law cannot
be recognised. Persons holding securities or property of
any description belonging to the estate are requested forth-
with to disclose the same.

APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FOR EXTENSION
OF A WATER-RACE.
To the Warden of the Otago Mining District, at Rox-
burgh.
PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1898,” the under-
signed Gunton’s Beach Amalgamated Gold-dredging
Company (Limited) hereby applies for a license for an
extension of a water-race held under license, last renewal
being No. 609, of 28/4/00, as specified in the Schedule
hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for
the purpose.
Date and number of miner’s right : 18/12/00 ; 18274.
Address for service : R. Gilkison, Solicitor, Clyde.
Dated at Dunedin, this 10th day of May, 1901.

Locality of the race, and of its starting and terminal
points : East Clutha, commencing at Horseshoe Bend, the
terminal point of Race No. 609, of 28/4/00, and terminating
at Special Claim No. 281r.
Length and intended course of race : 80 chains ; 43 chains
through Crown lands, then through John Cullen’s and
Lundy’s property.
Points of intake : Termination of Race 609, 28/4/00.
