In the matter of “The Public Works Act, 1894.”
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Otago Heads Road Board to take, for the purposes of a public road, parts of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9A, 9B, 10, and 11, Block B, Otakou Native Reserve.
The plans showing the above road can be seen at the Post-office, Otakou; and all persons affected thereby must set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such lands or the execution of such works, and must send objections in writing, within forty days from the first publication hereof, to the Otago Heads Road Board.
Dated at Otago Heads, this 8th day of January, 1901.
