Re the Mikonui River Dredging Company (Limited), and “The Companies Act, 1882.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin this 31st day of May, 1901, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed, viz.:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and that the company be wound up accordingly.”
Notice is also given that at the same meeting W. E. C. Reid was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.
