IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of Tacon’s Cardrona Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the eleventh day of May, 1901, presented to Mr. Justice Williams, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by James Cox Thomson, Walter Gow, Plesance Bridger, and James Allan, trading as “Thomson, Bridger, and Company,” of Dunedin, Iron Merchants, a creditor of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court, at Dunedin, in Chambers, at 11 o’clock on Tuesday, the eleventh day of June, 1901; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on the payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court of New Zealand was, on the 27th day of May, 1901, presented to Mr. Justice Edwards, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, by Richard Essex, of Palmerston North, Agent, a creditor of the said company; and the said Petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 12th day of June, 1901, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for this purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, RICHARD ANTHONY CARR, WILLIAM HENRY POUNTNEY, and HENRY JOHNSTON, under the style of “Carr, Johnston, and Co.,” has this day been dissolved as and from the 13th day of April last, so far as concerns the said Henry Johnston. All debts and liabilities of the late firm will be paid and discharged by the said Richard Anthony Carr and William Henry Pountney, who will also receive all moneys owing to the late firm.
