Proclaiming the Taking of a Road through Land in Section 13,
Block VII., Kawatiri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land
hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Buller
County Council, being the local authority in whose district
the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim
as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Land taken. Being Portion of Section No. Block and Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 2 1 10 13 VII., Kawatiri 361/49 Red.

All in the Nelson Land District; as the said area is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked as above noted,
deposited in the District Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Nelson, in the Nelson Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
lington, this twenty-fifth day of May, in the year
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.

Survey District, Buller County.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Approximate Area of the Portion of Road closed. Being Portion of Road bounding Section No. Block and Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 2 0 32 13 VII., Kawatiri 361/49 Green.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above
mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Depart-
ment of Lands and Survey at Nelson, in the Nelson Land
District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

scribed.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above
mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department
of Lands and Survey at New Plymouth, in the Taranaki
Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.
