NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD.

“PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1894”; “ROAD BOARDS ACT, 1882.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Takaka Road Board proposes to take the pieces of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts for the purposes of a public road; and also that a plan showing the land required to be taken, together with the names of the owners and occupiers of such land, is deposited at the office of the Takaka News, in Takaka, and is open for public inspection; and also that all persons affected by the taking of the said land shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the office of the said Board in Takaka, addressed to the under-signed.
