account showing the manner in which the winding-up has
been conducted, and also to determine by extraordinary
resolution as to the disposal of the books and accounts of
the company and of the Liquidator thereof.

BOROUGH OF BLENHEIM.
It is hereby notified for public information that the
Council of the Borough of Blenheim did, on Friday,
the 1st day of March, 1901, at a special meeting called for
the purpose, resolve, “That the wards of this borough be
abolished.”
A notice was given once in each week from the 1st March,
1901, to the 29th March; and on Friday, 29th March, that
being a special meeting appointed by the Council, the said
resolution of 1st March, “That the wards of this borough
be abolished,” was duly confirmed.

Reform Act, 1899,” upon a proposal that “The Rating on
Unimproved Value Act, 1896,” be adopted in the Borough
of Grey Lynn:—
