Trustees for the Whangamomona Cemetery appointed.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the Cardrona Cemetery, in the place of John Kerin, Alfred Austin, and James Austin, who were appointed by Warrant under the hand of the Governor on the ninth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and one.

to be Trustees, in the place of W. J. Williams and John Henderson, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waitaki North Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

Captain JOHN PETER OAKES
from the Canterbury District Reserve Corps Volunteers to the Canterbury Native Rifle Volunteers, from the 10th December, 1900; and to approve of the appointment of
WILLIAM FORSAITH BAUCHOP
as Surgeon-Captain on the New Zealand Volunteer Medical Staff. Commission to date from the 3rd day of December, 1900.

to be members of the Waimakariri Harbour Board, the ratepayers of the Mandeville and Rangiora Road Boards having neglected, on the second Monday in February last, to elect two members as required by the Second Schedule of “The Harbours Act, 1878.”
