NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made for a certificate under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

WHEREAS at sittings of the Court held at Gisborne on the dates set out in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, succession orders were made in respect of the interests of the deceased persons whose names are set out in the second column of the said Schedule for the lands as set out in the third column of the said Schedule :

And whereas it appears that no such lands as set out in the third column of the said Schedule existed at the time, nor do now exist :

And whereas application has been made under section 38 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for amendment of the said orders on the ground that they do not give effect to the intended decisions of the Court, and were intended to apply to the respective lands set out in the fourth column of the said Schedule :

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of March, 1901, the Native Land Court at Gisborne will inquire into the matter of the said applications, and deal with the same as to the Court shall seem fit.
