1892 Native Land Court Office, Auckland, 22nd February, 1901.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the 29th day of January, 1900, it is ordered and declared that the Native Land Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine disputes which have arisen amongst the Ngatiwhakaue, Ngatirangiwehehi, and Ngatiuenukukopako Tribes, with regard to the reservation of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and to determine who are the persons entitled to the benefit of the said reservation, and in what manner, and in what shares and proportions respectively, and any and every matter or question incident thereto, and to do all acts necessary to be done for the purposes aforesaid:
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that the several matters aforesaid shall be heard and determined by the Native Land Court at present sitting at Maketu, on the 21st day of March, 1901.
