Land taken for a Road through Section 26, Block XII.,
Clifford Bay Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken
for a road the land in Section 26, Block XII., Clifford Bay
Survey District, hereinafter described, that is to say :—

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Land required to be taken. Being Portion of Section No. Situated in Block No. Situated in the Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan.
A. R. P. 3 3 0 26 XII. Clifford Bay R.74 Red.

As the same is more particularly delineated upon the plan
marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office
of the Department of Lands and Survey at Blenheim, in
the Marlborough Land District, and thereon coloured as
above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
lington, this fifteenth day of February, in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and one.

Survey District, Hobson County.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee of the lands
hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Hobson
County Council, being the local authority in whose district
the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim
as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road hereinafter described, that is to say :—

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Road required to be closed. Being Situated in Block No. Situated in the Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 2 25 Road-line bounding Section 26 XII. Clifford Bay R.74 Green

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked as above noted,
deposited in the District Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Blenheim, in the Marlborough Land District,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
