NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Criffel Lead Dredging Company (Limited), held at the registered office of the company, No. 14, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 28th January, 1901, it was resolved, “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Hector Faulkner Monro Mercer be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

THE CORNISH POINT GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of Reeves and Co., Vogel Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 30th April, 1901, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution (in pursuance of section 216 of the said Act) the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
