Section 128A is, with the exception of a few acres at the south-west corner, all cleared and in grass, but the great bulk of Section 130 is still in standing forest. There is nearly one mile and three-quarters of fencing on the property, inclusive of the boundary-fence between Sections 128 and 66, which is not in good order; most of the remainder is wire fencing, almost new. The land is situated on the Stanley Brook-Wakefield Road, about four miles and a half from the Wakefield Railway-station. These sections are weighted with the sum of £290, value of improvements.
Situated about half a mile from the sea-coast at Sandfly Bay, on the western shore of Blind Bay, about four miles north of Astrolabe Roadstead. Hilly bush country, accessible by sea.
Low hills, covered with manuka, known as the Moutere Hills.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and one.
