Bounded towards the north-east by Run No. 144; towards the south-east by a right line between the south-western point of said run and north-eastern corner of Section No. 1, Oxford Bush Settlement, thence by the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 2, 3, 17, 18, and 20 of said settlement, thence by the River Eyre, Reserve No. 1134, Run No. 149, Forest Reserve No. 3274, to commencing-point: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 47323, deposited in the Head Office of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered pink. OTAGO.

All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 66 and 67, Block VI., Glenomaru Survey District.
