MASTERTON COUNTY.

NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Masterton County Council, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” to execute certain public works, to wit, the construction of roads in the said county, and that for the purpose of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is further given that copies of the plans of the said roads, and of the lands so required to be taken, are deposited at the office of the said Council, Hall Street, Masterton, and are there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Clerk of the Masterton County Council at the address aforesaid.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned as Carriers and Merchants, under the firm of “Crowley and Creagh,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. Edward Crowley retires from the Partnership, and the business will in future be carried on by the continuing partners, FREDERICK CHARLES WILLIAMS and BENJAMIN BOUSFIELD CREAGH, under the firm or style of “Williams and Creagh.” The continuing partners will pay all obligations owing by, and will receive all debts due to, the late firm.
