MINING NOTICES.

In the matter of the Halfway House Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin on Tuesday, the 19th day of November, 1901, the following extraordinary general resolution was passed:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting CHARLES STEPHEN REEVES, of Dunedin, Broker, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

In the matter of the Waitahuna Gully Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Ross Place, Lawrence, on the 18th day of November, 1901, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting WILLIAM RICHARD PEARSON, of Lawrence, Sharebroker, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
