PORANGAHAU ROAD BOARD.

Special Order.

Notice is hereby given that the following special order was made on Monday, 3rd September, and confirmed on Wednesday, 31st October, 1900:—

“That, in accordance with ‘The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899,’ all existing loans granted to the Porangahau Road Board be readjusted to a term of forty-one years, at a reduced interest of 3½ per cent. per annum for the unexpired residue of such term.”
