“That, in accordance with ‘The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899,’ all existing loans granted to the Porangahau Road Board be readjusted to a term of forty-one years, at a reduced interest of 3½ per cent. per annum for the unexpired residue of such term.”
I hereby certify that a special order, of which the foregoing is a true copy, has been duly passed by the Porangahau Road Board, in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”
