A P R O C L A M A T I O N.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of “The Land for Settlements Act Amendment Act, 1895,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby, with the consent of the Awatere Road Board, proclaim as closed the road-lines in the Cape Campbell, Clifford Bay, Taylor Pass, and Blue Mountain Survey Districts hereinafter described.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.
