APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in the name of JOHN HUMPHREY, late of Wakapuaka, Farmer, deceased, for Section 646, City of Nelson, certificate of title, Vol. 1c, folio 38, and evidence having been lodged with me as to the loss of the original certificate, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate as requested at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between HEDLY VICARS UREN and JOHN ALEXANDER WALLACE, carrying on business at Gore as Stock- and Share-brokers and Commission Agents, under the style of “Uren and Wallace,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
