THE WAKAMARINA GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED).
AN Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of
the above-named company was held at the registered
office of the company on Wednesday, the 5th day of Septem-
ber, 1900, at which the following resolutions were passed:—
“That the Wakamarina Gold-dredging Company (Limited)
be voluntarily wound up.” “That Mr. Henry Kember,
Accountant, of Wellington, be appointed Liquidator, at a
remuneration of 1¼ per cent. on the net realised assets.”
And the said resolutions were confirmed at an extraordinary
general meeting of shareholders held on the 21st day of
September, 1900.

AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders
in the Nil Desperandum Gold-dredging Company
(Limited), held in company’s office on Friday, the 14th
day of September, 1900, the following special resolution,
which was passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting
held on the 29th August, 1900, was confirmed:—
“That the Nil Desperandum Gold-dredging Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Messrs. George
Spencer and Laurence Ryan be appointed Liquidators, at a
remuneration of £21.”

liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of
“The Companies Act, 1882,” that, the affairs of the
above-named company having been fully wound up, a
General Meeting of the company will be held on Tuesday,
the 4th December, 1900, at 3 p.m., at the office of the
Liquidator, A. C. P. Commin, 40, Dowling Street, Dunedin,
for the purpose of having laid before it an account showing
the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted,
the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any
explanation that may be given in connection therewith.
