Land taken for a Road through Section 7, Block XVII., Longwood Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in the Longwood District hereinafter described, that is to say:—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Portion of Section No. Situated in Block Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan.
A. R. P. 0 0 17 7 XVII. Longwood 587 Green.

As the same is more particularly delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Invercargill, in the Southland Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.

Proclaiming the Taking of Road through Sections 3 and 4, Block XII., in the Crookston District, Tuapeka County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the Tuapeka County Council, being the local authority in whose district the lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

ERRATUM.—In the Warrant permanently reserving lands, published in New Zealand Gazette of the 20th September, 1900, page 1740, in the locality column, opposite Reserve 3519, Canterbury Land District, for “Alford Survey District,” read “Tengawai Survey District.”
