SPECIAL ORDER.
THAT the loans raised by the Parihaka Road Board under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886”—viz., the Warea East Road Loan, the Kahui East Road Loan, the Ihaia Road Loan, the Namu Road Loan, the Opuā Road Loan, the Waiteika Road Loan, the Newall Road Loan, and the Ngariki Road Loan—be readjusted pursuant to “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899,” so as to bear interest at 4½ per centum per annum for a term of twenty-six years.

MANCHESTER ROAD BOARD.
Special Order.
THAT, for the purpose of the readjustment of the now-existing loans obtained under the provisions of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, the Manchester Road Board do hereby order and authorise the whole of the said now-existing loans, and the inscribed debt in respect of such loans, to be readjusted under the provisions of subsection (3) of section 2 of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899,” for the unexpired period of forty-one years, such readjustment to take effect on the 1st day of February next. The payments to be made by the Manchester Road Board on such loans and inscribed debt to be at the rate of 3½ per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, during the unexpired period of forty-one years, as from the 1st day of February aforesaid.
I hereby certify that the above special order has been made and confirmed in accordance with the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER.
THAT, to secure the repayment of a loan of £1,400, raised under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for the purpose of draining, forming, culverting, and metalling the Ihaia Road from the end of the present metal to a point about 5 chains beyond the southern boundary of Section 16, Block 8, a special rate of 2d. in the pound be made and levied over the following lands: viz., Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, Block 10; Sections 1 and 2, and Subsections 8, 9, 12, 13, Block 7; and Section 16 of Block 8: all of which is situated in the Opunake Survey District, and constituting the Ihaia No. 2 Special Rating District. Such rate to be an annually recurring rate for twenty-six years, payable on the 1st day of January in each year.

FITZHERBERT ROAD BOARD.
Special Order.
THAT, for the purpose of the readjustment of the now-existing loans obtained under the provisions of the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, and specified in the First and Second Schedules hereto, the Fitzherbert Road Board do hereby order and authorise the said now-existing loans to be readjusted under the provisions of subsection (1) of section 2 of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899,” for the unexpired period of twenty-six years, for loans specified in the First Schedule hereto, and under the provisions of subsection (3) of section 2 of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1899,” for the unexpired period of forty-one years, for loans specified in the Second Schedule hereto, such readjustments to take effect on the 1st day of February next. The payments to be made by the Fitzherbert Road Board on such loans and inscribed debt specified in the said First Schedule hereto to be at the rate of £4 10s. per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, during the unexpired period of twenty-six years from the 1st day of February aforesaid, and on such loans and inscribed debt specified in the Second Schedule hereto to be at the rate of £3 10s. per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, during the unexpired period of forty-one years as from the first day of February aforesaid.
