Under “The Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867,” and the amendments thereto.

In the matter of the petition of Elizabeth Kelly for a dissolution of marriage.

To Patrick Kelly, late of Marton, in the Provincial District of Wellington, labourer.

TAKE notice that a citation has been issued by this honourable Court citing you to appear and answer the petition of Elizabeth Kelly, of Marton aforesaid, praying for a dissolution of marriage. In default of your so appearing, you will not be allowed to address the Court, and the Court will proceed to hear the said petition proved and pronounce sentence in respect thereto. And take further notice that for the purpose aforesaid you are, within eight days after the date of this publication, to attend in person or by your solicitor at the Registrar’s office at Wanganui, and there enter an appearance in a book provided for that purpose.

The solicitor for the petitioner is Arthur Weston Fullerton-Smith, of Marton, whose address for service is at the office of Messrs. Fitzherbert and Marshall, Wicksteed Place, Wanganui.

BY an order made by his Honour Mr. Justice Martin in the above matter, dated the 10th day of August, 1900, on the petition of Joseph Ivess, of Ashburton, Journalist, and Charles Reid, of the same place, Wheelwright, it was ordered that the said Ashburton Newspaper Company (Limited) be wound up by this Court under the provisions of “The Companies Act, 1882.”

THE COLLIER TWO-SPEED CYCLE COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

A GENERAL Meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company will be held on Wednesday, the 24th day of October, 1900, at 2.30 p.m., at the registered office, 41, Featherston Street, Wellington, New Zealand. Business: To receive the statement of accounts showing how the liquidation of the assets of the company has been conducted, and the property disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed at a meeting of the company held on the 19th day of June, 1900, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 12th day of July, 1900:—

“That the Makotuku Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited) do now go into voluntary liquidation for the purpose of amalgamating with the Norsewood Co-operative Dairy Company (Limited), and that Mr. David Wilson, of Ormondville, be appointed Liquidator for the said company at a fee of £8 8s.”
