Notifying Land in Wellington for Sale by Public Auction.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred, as the time at which the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such land.

Notifying Land in Auckland for Sale by Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the thirty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred, as the time at which the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Rural Lands in the Auckland Land District open for Sale or Selection.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirty-sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection on and after the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupation with right of purchase or on lease in perpetuity, or, in respect of any land containing or supposed to contain any metal, mineral, or valuable stone, be selected on lease in perpetuity only; and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased, as mentioned in the said Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”

Open and mixed-forest land at head o Okaka Stream; stony soil. Situated near Okaihau Settlement.

Open fern and tea-tree land; medium soil. Near Peria Settlement.

Open land in bend of Wairua River, opposite Tokirikiri and seven miles from Poroti.

Open and forest land of fair quality on bend of Wairoa River. Twenty miles from Dargaville and five miles from Poroti.

Mixed-forest and open land. Situated in a bend of Wairoa River; navigable beyond the section; distant fifteen miles from Dargaville by steamer.

All heavy mixed forest; medium soil, and well watered. On Mangamuka Estuary, about two miles from Kohukohu.

Heavy mixed-forest land; soil medium, and well watered. About two miles from Kohukohu.

All forest land. About three miles and a half from Parua Bay Post-office.
