THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the Galtee More Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held in company’s office on Friday, the 4th May, 1900, the following resolution was passed, “That the Galtee More Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily”; and at the same meeting Messrs. JAMES RIVERS and GEORGE SPENCER were appointed Liquidators, at a remuneration of £10 10s. Also, at an extraordinary general meeting, held on Friday, the 25th May, 1900, the following resolution was confirmed: “That the Galtee More Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Messrs. George Spencer and James Rivers be appointed Liquidators, at a remuneration of £10 10s.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Office or place of business of the Kauri Freehold Gold Estates (Limited) has been removed from the Herald Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, to, and is now at, the New Zealand Mines Trust (Limited) Building, Shortland Street, Auckland.

PURSUANT to “The Mining Act, 1898,” the undersigned, Henry Gilmer, of Totara Flat, Farmer, hereby applies for a license for a water-race as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of “The Mining Companies Acts Amendment Act, 1897,” that the Office or place of business in New Zealand of the above-named company will, as from 1st June next, be changed from No. 208, Victoria Arcade, Auckland, to the office of Messrs. Hesketh and Richmond, Wyndham Street, Auckland, who will act as Attorneys for the company during the absence of the undersigned from the colony.
