NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the under-mentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court to be held on Monday, the 2nd day of July, 1900, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Office or place of business of the said company in this colony where legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon it is the office upon the Royal Oak of Hauraki Mine, Tokatea, Coromandel, and that FRANK ARTHUR HOLDSWORTH is the duly appointed attorney thereof.
