NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Helensville, Kaipara, on the 10th day of July, 1900, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Gisborne, on Monday, the 25th day of June, 1900, for the purpose of ascertaining what amount of compensation ought to be paid to the Native owners of the Waiohiharore A, B, C, and D Blocks in respect of the portions of the said blocks set out in the Schedule hereunder written, and more particularly delineated in Plan 390, deposited in the Survey Office at Gisborne, which said portions have, by Order in Council dated the 14th day of March, 1900, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 5th April, 1900, No. 26, been declared to be vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gisborne for the purposes of public health; and the Court will also then and there proceed to ascertain who are the proper persons entitled to receive such compensation, and what lands are affected by the said Order in Council.

Dated at Gisborne, this 11th day of June, 1900.
