Taking Lands for a Road through Private Land in Blocks III., VII., and VIII., Aohanga Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and mortgagees of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Akitio County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Aohanga Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say:—

AOHANGA GORGE ROAD.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Aohanga Survey District hereinafter described.
