In the matter of the Barewood Quartz-mining Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, duly convened, and held at the office of Mr. Donald Reid, junior, Solicitor, Rattray Street, Dunedin, on the 5th day of April, 1900, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 26th day of April, 1900, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. Alexander Gibson be elected Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
