A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Hautapu Survey District hereinafter described.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Kiwitea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

The land mentioned hereunder:—

In the Wellington Land District; as the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked as above noted, deposited in the District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land taken for a Further Portion of the Helensville Northwards Railway (Tahekeroa Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a further portion of the Helensville Northwards Railway—namely, the Tahekeroa Section:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land in the manner hereby provided have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and sixty-seven of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the further portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.

SCHEDULE.

The several parcels of land mentioned in list hereunder:—

All in the Land District of Auckland; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 18817, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red, orange, sepia, neutral tint, and blue.
