IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Weber Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Tautane Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say:—

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-eighth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for lease as village settlements.
