RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Land District of Wellington described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the descriptions respectively of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 15 perches, more or less, being Section No. 33, Karewarewa Village Settlement, Block XVI., Hautapu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Sections Nos. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 5, and Mania Road; towards the east by Section No. 6; towards the south by Section No. 29; and towards the west by Auputa Road: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
