Vaccination Districts constituted.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by “The Public Health Act, 1876,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination district known as the Opotiki District, and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said district is hereby divided anew into two vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Opotiki and Whakatane Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names, as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of “The Marriage Act, 1880.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Sea-gulls of any Species protected under the Animals Protection Acts.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1880,” and the Acts amending the same, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the date hereof sea-gulls of any species shall come within the operation of the said Acts as fully and effectively as if they had been included in the Fourth Schedule to the said “Animals Protection Act, 1880.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Trustees for the Kohekohe Public Cemetery appointed.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint THOMAS SEAY to be a Trustee, in the place of Abraham Biggs, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Kowai Pass Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.
