About two-thirds broken country, altitude about 750 ft.; remainder undulating; about 20 acres swamp, drainable; covered with fern and manuka. There is a surveyed road from Kiokio Railway-station, distant about two miles and a half.

Nearly all broken country, rising to a height of about 750 ft.; a small portion is flat ground, fronting the Otorohanga-Kihikihi Road, the soil of which is very good; the broken portion is light soil, but would carry grass well. About six miles from Otorohanga.

Generally of the same description as Section 4; a swampy stream runs through the section, making about 10 acres of swamp. Access by road from Otorohanga, about six miles, and four miles from Kiokio Railway-station.

Undulating land, covered with fern and manuka, and containing a few swampy hollows; the soil is light, but would take grass well. Situated one mile and a half from Kiokio Railway-station by surveyed road.

Nearly all flat ground, covered with fern and manuka; a large area of it is swampy, but not deep, and almost dry in summer time on the edges; soil light, and would grow good grass; suited for agricultural purposes. Surveyed road to Kiokio Railway-station, distant about two miles.
