WOOD MOWING-AND-REAPING MACHINE COMPANY, of Hoosick Falls, in the State of New York, in the United States of America, hitherto also carrying on business in the Colony of New Zealand, hereby gives public notice that it will have ceased to carry on business within the said colony three months after the publication of this notice.
