IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

GEORGE LAURENSON

to be Trustees, in the place of Thomas Orr Guthrie and Thomas McClatchie, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Lyttelton Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrants under the hand of His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Appointing Trustees for the Waikoikoi Cemetery.

to be Trustees, in the place of Robert Simmers and James Sheed, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waikoikoi Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by warrants under the hand of His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Trustees for the Pollok Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
Thomas Brownlee, John Pye, Robert Hudson, Thomas Meikle, Robert Dick, James Scouller, and James Smith Pye. Pollok.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 69 of the Parish of Waitara, and containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 25 of the Parish of Waitara, 501 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 613 links; and towards the south-west and north-west by Section No. 26 of the Parish of Waitara, 500 links and 588 links respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Reserves, Endowments, and Crown and Native Lands Ex-

change, Sale, Disposal, and Enabling Act, 1898,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby vest lot numbered 92, Parish of Omaha, Pakiri Survey District, Land District of Auckland, in the following trustees, viz.,—

THOMAS HANDBY,
WILLIAM NEELEY,
ALEXANDER MATHESON, and
DANIEL KEMPT,

all of Omaha, in trust for a public hall and library.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

FRANK PERKINS,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under “The Post Office Act, 1881,” at Komata, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”
