Trustees for the Howick Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule, in the place of John Finlay, James Kerr, Thomas Heath, John Nicholas, and Thomas P. Gill, who have resigned their appointments as Trustees of the said cemetery.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
John Thomas Gill, James Lindsay, Robert Huttaway, jun. Thomas Speechlay, jun., and George Somerville. HOWICK. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, situated in the Parish of Pakuranga, in the Otahuhu Survey District, and being Allotment No. 8 of Section No. 7 of small lots near the Village of Howick. Bounded towards the north by a line, 692 links; towards the east by a line and a road, 1131 links; towards the south by a road, 692 links; and towards the west by Allotment No. 7, 1131 links.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Trustees for the Taihape Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

John Petty Aldridge, Thomas Laurenson, William McLennan, Thomas Joseph Shute, Henry Jesse Woodard, William Francis Stephens, and George Bray. TAIHAPE. All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 19 perches, more or less, being Section No. 66, Block XIV., Ohinewairua Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Trustees for the Thames Public Cemeteries appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemeteries specified in the second column of the said Schedule, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said section, I do hereby remove the local authorities previously appointed trustees for the said cemetery.

The Thames Borough Council. TARARU. All that piece or parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less, situated in Block IV., Thames Survey District, being called or known by the name of Tanutana No. 3127. Bounded towards the north by the Waiohanga No. 3 Block, 308 and 526 links; towards the east by the Waiohanga No. 3 Block aforesaid, 703 links; towards the south-east by a line, 837 links; towards the south by the Waiohanga No. 3 Block aforesaid, 342 links; and towards the west by the Waiohanga No. 3 Block aforesaid, 214, 227, 237, and 290 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

SHORTLAND.

All that piece or parcel of land known as a cemetery reserve, and being portion of the Huikaretu A No. 2 Block, situated in the Borough of Thames, Auckland Land District, and containing by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Mill Street, 689 links; towards the south-east by a road-line, 1200 links; towards the south-west by other portion of the Huikaretu A No. 2 Block aforesaid, 867 links; and towards the north-west by the Pukerahui and Ngamoko Blocks, 315, 306, 365, and 394 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that piece or parcel of land known as a cemetery reserve, and being portion of the Huikaretu A No. 2 Block, situated in the Borough of Thames, Auckland Land District, and containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by other portion of the Huikaretu A No. 2 Block aforesaid, 485 links; towards the south-east by Korokoro A Block, 746 and 301 links; towards the south-west by other portion of the Huikaretu A No. 2 Block aforesaid, 886 links; and towards the north-west by the Pukerahui and Ngamoko Blocks, 366, 221, and 380 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
