Proclaiming a Road as closed through Land in Section 10,

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road in the Parish of Otau hereinafter described.

SCHEDULE.

THE parcel of land mentioned hereunder :—

Approximate Area of Road closed. Being Portion of Road fronting Block Survey District. Situated in the Parish of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 3 26 Sec. 10 VII. Opaheke Otau 11204c Green.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above
mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Depart-
ment of Lands and Survey, at Auckland, in the Auckland
Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of
the said Colony, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this eighteenth day of November, in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-nine.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land
hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Hunua
Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the
said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a
road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

THE parcel of land mentioned hereunder :—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Part of Section No. Block. Survey District. Situated in the Parish of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 3 15 10 VII. Opaheke Otau 11204c Red.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked as above noted,
deposited in the District Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Auckland, in the Auckland Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
