THE following resolution was carried at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Wellington Co-operative Association (Limited) on the 2nd instant: “That the seal of the Association be affixed to the deed of arrangement submitted and now approved by the shareholders, it having been proved to their satisfaction that it is advisable to wind up the Association in accordance with the said deed.”
