THE following special order, made by the Hunua Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER passed by the Hunua Road Board at a Meeting held on the 1st October, 1898, and confirmed by the Same at a Meeting held on the 5th November, 1898.

RESOLVED, That the Hunua Road Board adopt (generally) the Local Bodies’ Loans Act of 1886; the said special order to take effect immediately upon being gazetted.

I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made and confirmed by the Hunua Road Board in accordance with the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

Dated at Ponga, this 3rd day of December, 1898.
