Proclaiming a Road as closed in Opaku and Carlyle Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the roads in the Wairoa Road District hereinafter described, that is to say,--

Approximate Areas of the Portions of Road to be closed. Now being Whole or Part of Section No. Block. Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at New Plymouth, in the Taranaki Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Wairoa Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as roads the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
