Proclaiming a Road as closed in the Waitara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Waitara Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say:—

Approximate Area of the Portion of Road to be closed. Between Sections Nos. Now being the Whole or Part of Section No. Block and Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 2 14 10 and 11 18 XVI., Waitara 770 Green.

As the same are delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at New Plymouth, in the Taranaki Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.
